R & C Development Center, Inc. is dedicated to providing our youth with accessible resources that will provide them with the necessary tools to succeed. We humbly acknowledge that we are a not-for-profit organization that has accepted the challenge of providing numerous youth with experiences as well as opportunities that will enrich their lives and ultimately their futures. We are collaborating with local business and community leaders, educators, organizations, and professionals who are just as compassionate as we are about rebuilding, uplifting, and empowering our communities and the lives of our youth.
