On January 10, 1956, Curtis Bradham was the 8th born to Albert Bradham and Ezzadale Bradham in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Curtis Bradham’s commitment and successful completion of Scotland High School resulted in his acceptance and enrollment at Elizabeth City State University in 1975. While enrolled at Elizabeth City State, Curtis studied mathematics and became a part of the fraternal organization Iota Phi Theta® Fraternity Incorporated. Curtis completed his Masters of Science and Management at Hampton University. In 1979, Curtis was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force and later retired after serving honorably for 17 years.
