R & C Development Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization that understands the importance of providing academic as well as social support to our youth in order to facilitate the development of healthy social skills, behavioral lifestyles, and improved scholarship.
R & C Development Center, Inc. is committed to providing the necessary resources to our youth in order for them to achieve excellence as well as a solidified positive representation of themselves. Our goal is to positively impact the lives of our youth through the creation and implementation of dynamic programs that will result in the achievement and maintenance of academic success, an increase in self and public awareness, and a decrease in maladaptive behaviors.
